In Indonesia, Evonik has been active for more than twenty years starting off with importing a broad range of products and later with productive engagements. Today, Evonik manages an office in Jakarta and two production facilities. PT Evonik Sumi Asih, based in Bekasi Timur since 1996, is the main representative for personal and household care products and manufacturer of surfactants and esters. PT Evonik Indonesia has been manufacturing hydrogen peroxide for the paper, pulp and textile industry in Cikarang since 2004 and is trading company for all other Evonik products. Evonik in Indonesia is part of Evonik in Asia Pacific South Region. Across the region, we manage several offices and state-of-the-art manufacturing sites.
